there are charter companies all over the world try the ”boating-yacht” type magazines and you will get some good direction from that source …. if you want to bring the boat down to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico we can set something up and find you a good crew and we have an excellent safe and well protected harbor and new docks for mooring ….. The Mexican laws are somewhat strict but probably not as much trouble as the maritime laws in the USA …. I accept e-mail if you wish further correspondence……
